Who am I? Unfiltered.
I am a woman who has been where you are. I have not just studied and worked in this field for years, it is a path I have myself navigated and am deeply devotional to. I lead and facilitate from a place of embodiment, with a high emphasis on the impact integrity has on what we do and how we live our lives.
This business has lived through many evolutions.
In April, 2025 I packed up my home in Sydney and have been living around the globe ever since. Spending months in Europe, in Indonesia and every pocket of Australia - I had to burn my business and, quite honestly myself, to the ground in order to rebuild from the woman I now am.
I have always had a burning, creative desire inside of me for MORE. For a life of bigness, and to experience the richness and expanse that is available to us in this life. My greatest fear is leaving this planet without having touched the edges of everything that is possible.
This is the thread that runs through my work, and something I often witness in the women I work with.
We are all in devotion to something greater than ourselves.

Jemma Kathryn Consulting was born in 2022, after spending years within small businesses, and witnessing the overwhelming lack of true support available to the builders of our creative worlds. Women. Women who are experts at their craft, and were deeply needing close knit guidance to reshape the way they operate.
I have sat inside businesses that were growing faster than their foundations could hold. I have worked alongside women who were extraordinary at their work and completely lost inside the business built around it. I have seen what happens when a woman's structure stops reflecting who she is - and what becomes possible when it finally does.
That work shaped everything I know about what it actually takes to bring a vision into form.
How I Work
I work with precision and depth.
I am not interested in generic frameworks or a one-size approaches. If you are looking for a Business Coach with 30 ways to get you to $30k in 30 days, I am not what you are searching for.
Every woman I work with is different, and the work begins with understanding you - your vision, your patterns, your nervous system, your life.
My gift is sight. I can see what is misaligned. I can see your blind spots. I can hold your wider vision and the granular detail needed to birth that, simultaneously. I can take something that lives entirely in the energetic or felt sense and help translate it into clear, tangible structure.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, energetics, and operational precision; and I bring all of it into every container I hold.
A business is not separate from the woman building it.
When she evolves, it must evolve. When she is out of alignment, the business will reflect that. When she is clear, grounded, and building from her true essence; her work has the room to grow into everything it can be.
I believe business should support a woman's life, not be the dictator of it. That structure is not the enemy of creativity; it is what allows creativity to exist and flow. That the women doing the most meaningful work in the world deserve to be held properly in the process of bringing it forward.
This is why I do this work.
